Caine Langford is the creative force behind SILC Saturday and SILC Sunday in Bristol, renowned for his high-quality teaching across the genre. At Core, you’ll find him providing the SILC Ice Breaker class leading insightful masterclass Creativity and Conversation for smooth-style dancers. Expect clarity, connection and musical finesse from a true SILC specialist.

Tony and Hayley are dedicated teachers who bring bundles of fun to there Ceroc class and Baby Arials masterclass. Their sessions leave dancers with new moves, boosted confidence, and smiles all around. With their energy and enthusiasm, every class is a fun and memorable experience.

Josie Thomas is a talented CEROC teacher known for her clear, supportive teaching style and infectious enthusiasm. Her classes are fun, welcoming, and packed with techniques to build confidence and improve every dancer’s style. Come and experience her a the Core Ice Breaker on Friday at 7pm! 

One of our outstanding teacher graduates of 2025, Becky is quickly making waves with her vibrancy and enthusiasm. Her Ladies Styling masterclass is full of energy, encouragement, and fun, inspiring follows to shape and vogue! Hot New Moves will get you ready to shine on the dance floor. She’s a rising star whose passion for dance is contagious.

Jordan and Shannon have a wealth of experience. As teachers and competitors, they’re always at the forefront of modern dance technique and musical interpretation. The dynamic duo are providing instruction on all levels of SILC, from Foundation, Progressive and Developmental. There SILC connection and conversation Masterclass  is a must attend  for those wanting to push there abilities in the genre. Join their classes to level up your dancing with fresh ideas, skills, and inspiration.

Adele is a regular teacher in Berkshire at the Fleet venue, long known as a hotbed of talented dancers. Her classes are engaging, fun, and full of practical tips to improve your dancing. Come along and experience Step Up Moves. Leave with new moves, confidence, and a big smile on your face.

Mark and Rachel are experienced teachers whose passion shines through every class. Drawing on their Ceroc, Blues, and Tango heritage, they bring inspiration, new skills and a deeper appreciation for rhythm and connection. Kick off with the Blue Fusion Ice Breaker on Friday at 8pm and spend the evening in  a Blues & Expressive DJ sets. Then they have a Blues Fusion Masterclass on Saturday before DJing in the evening. They complete the weekend  with Blues and Tango DJ slots on Sunday.

Tor bring's her favourite, Expressive Blues and Modern Blues to Core. Her dynamic style inspires dancers of all levels to engage and move confidently. She is also bringing Core a Dip and drops class for those developing from Intermediate level and above.  Come and experience her infectious passion for dance. 

Darren and Zoe are the resident Tango teachers for Ceroc Daventry, bringing a wealth of experience and elegance to their classes. Their expert guidance makes this beautiful dance style accessible, expressive, and enjoyable for all levels. Join them for the Tango Ice Breaker, Milonga and Tango Class. Discover the grace, connection, and artistry of Tango.

Catriona joins as a special guest teacher, inviting you to dip your toes into the world of West Coast Swing. With extensive competition experience, she brings insight, elegance and playful technique to every class. Discover the smooth, flowing style of this rich and expressive partner dance.

Dale brings vast teaching experience and a smooth, confident style to this dynamic class. Learn how to create effortless blocks, redirects and flow, adding stylish control to your dancing. Or come along and experience something different, Dales Kizomba master class, a blend of African and Portugese infleunces. 

Lyndsey is Ms Rock ’n’ Roll  who’ll have you twisting, turning, during Jive the 50s Way and then with the live band VINTAGE! Her lively classes mix solid technique with enough fun to make you  effortlessly Swing into Ceroc. Yes you can dance to 120 bpm's without sweating... to much! 

Also, have you seen a move and thought "I cannot do that"?! Lyndsey's Flashy at 50 master class is for you to learn some of those moves in a safe place! Highly recommended for >50s competition dancers!!
