Caine Langford is the creative force behind SILC Saturday and SILC Sunday in Bristol, renowned for his high-quality teaching across the genre. At Core, you’ll find him providing the SILC Ice Breaker class leading insightful masterclass Creativity and Conversation for smooth-style dancers. Expect clarity, connection and musical finesse from a true SILC specialist.

Ekow Oduro is a highly respected and multi-talented partner dancer and competitor. He began his dance journey with Salsa in his teens and later expanded in to Ceroc, bringing his own creative flair and passion. Ekow has achieved significant competitive success, including winning many Ceroc Open titles. His innovative teaching style focuses on musicality, connection, expression, and smooth transitions, making his classes inspiring for dancers at all levels.

Josie Thomas, with her signature red hair, is a lively and experienced Ceroc teacher with over 14 years in the dance world. Known for her clear, supportive style and infectious enthusiasm, her classes are welcoming, fun, and full of practical tips to help dancers gain confidence and improve their style. Josie’s passion for dance shines through in every session, creating a space where dancers of all levels feel inspired and motivated. Join Josie at the Core Ice Breaker on Friday at 7pm for a class full of energy, learning, and fun.

Adele is a popular Ceroc teacher based at Fleet in Berkshire, known for fun, engaging classes packed with practical tips. She discovered Ceroc, fell in love, and now shares her passion with others. At Core, Adele leads Step Up Moves on Saturday mornings, helping dancers take their beginner skills to the next level with style, confidence, and plenty of fun. On Sunday mornings, she also offers a refreshing outdoor walk around Daventry Reservoir (weather permitting), a chance to recover and recharge after a night of dancing.

Tony and Hayley are enthusiastic Ceroc teachers known for bringing fun, energy, and plenty of smiles to every class. Their Ceroc sessions and Baby Aerials masterclasses leave dancers with new moves, boosted confidence, and a memorable experience every time.

In addition to Baby Aerials, Tony also leads Stretch, Pilates, and Mindfulness sessions, offering something for both your dancing skills and overall wellbeing.

Jordan and Shannon have a wealth of experience. As teachers and competitors, they’re always at the forefront of modern dance technique and musical interpretation. The dynamic duo are providing instruction on all levels of SILC, from Foundation, Progressive and Developmental. There SILC connection and conversation Masterclass  is a must attend  for those wanting to push there abilities in the genre. Join their classes to level up your dancing with fresh ideas, skills, and inspiration.

Catriona is a special guest teacher in West Coast Swing, known for her elegance, musicality and playful technique. A lifelong dancer, she trained across multiple styles before discovering WCS in the USA.

She won the 2002 Swing Fling Cabaret Division with Robert Royston and has spent over 20 years teaching and developing the UK social dance scene through West Coast Swing UK.

Tim has over 28 years of dance experience, specialising in Ceroc and Street Dance, with a strong focus on solo body movement and groove. A long time competition judge and compère, he returned to competing in 2025, earning multiple top-three finishes and proving that age is just a number. Tim’s classes explore dips and drops, developing personal style as a leader, and adding funky groove and play into your partner dancing.

An experienced weekender teacher (some would argue the best of the modern generation), Victor will be bringing you some great moves with precise technical detail, to ensure you’re dancing to the best of your ability. Your new moves will wow your friends (or judges!) on the dance floor!

Greg and Lynn are passionate about all things SILC. Watch out for 'Se7en', a move building masterpiece that gives you all the tools you need to find your own creative streak, and 'Together, not Opposed', which explores how different movements impact your connection and musicality. Never taking themselves too seriously,  expect plenty of laughs as you learn bags of technique and walk away with the ability to express yourself with confidence. 

Mark and Rachel are experienced teachers whose passion shines through every class. Drawing on their Ceroc, Blues, and Tango heritage, they bring inspiration, new skills and a deeper appreciation for rhythm and connection. Kick off with the Blue Fusion Ice Breaker on Friday at 8pm and spend the evening in  a Blues & Expressive DJ sets. Then they have a Blues Fusion Masterclass on Saturday before DJing in the evening. They complete the weekend  with Blues and Tango DJ slots on Sunday.

Tor is a dynamic and highly respected lead with more than 15 years of experience teaching Modern and Expressive Blues. A former multi‑year National Blues Champion, she shifted her focus from competition to education, later serving as a Blues judge and earning a reputation for her distinctive, emotionally charged style. For the past two years, Tor has brought her extensive Blues expertise to Ceroc, sharing the knowledge she has developed over many years of teaching across the UK and Europe. 

Dale St Rose is a highly regarded Ceroc teacher based in London, known for his smooth, musical teaching style and competitive success. He has a rich mix of dance influences—including Zouk, Bachata, Kizomba, West Coast Swing, and slow “Smood” dances. Affectionately nicknamed “Smood,” he’s praised for infusing musicality and soul into every lesson. A decorated competitor, Dale also contributes to major Ceroc franchise events, teaching both upbeat and chill-out classes. 

One of our outstanding teacher graduates of 2025, Becky from Ceroc Essex is quickly making waves with her vibrancy and enthusiasm. Her Commercial Dance masterclass is full of energy, encouragement, and fun, inspiring daners to enhance their solo skills! Hot New Moves will get you ready to shine on the dance floor. She’s a rising star whose passion for dance is contagious.

With over 30 combined years of passion and expertise, Darren and Zoe teach and dance all four major Argentine Tango styles - Traditional, Milonga, Vals, and Nuevo - and both can lead and follow with equal confidence and skill. You'll experience the perfect blend of technical excellence, emotional intelligence, and pure joy for the dance. 

Darren and Zoe don't just teach tango - they live it, breathe it, and share it with a generosity that transforms every event into something special.

Lyndsey is Ms Rock ’n’ Roll, bringing energy, fun, and technique to every class. From Jive the 50s Way to dancing with the live band VINTAGE!, she helps dancers swing into Ceroc with confidence — yes, you can handle 120 bpm without breaking a sweat! 

Celebrating 20 years of teaching, Lyndsey is a Ceroc teacher and trainer with multiple Open and competitive titles. She delivers classes full of laughter, momentum, and musicality.
